The Dearborn study materials are the best and they offer simple yet comprehensive explanations to all questions. My online course offers no answers so it is very frustrating and luckily I found Modern Real Estate Practice; the book and the study guide. Plus the information is completely up to date since the 20th edition was just released. My only regret is that they do not offer specific study materials for Colorado. They offer guides for some states so check their website. They also have online quizzes with answers to supplement the written material."

- I took the exam, overwhelming majority of the questions were not even near close to the questions from this book. Even the format of the questions was different. On the positive side it is a good book to know the Real Estate terminology and get a big picture but not to pass the national exam. I am in the hunt for another good one to pass my exam.
